The history of Nirvana goes way back to the end of the 1980's. At that time Nirvana's founder was working at Amsterdam's most famous grow-shop, the legendary "Positronics", and it was the knowledge and inspiration that he received there that moved him to think about starting his own seed company. Years were spent traveling, seeking out and collecting seeds from the finest strains. Growing from female-only seeds has many advantages, both indoor and outdoor, compared with regular seeds. Growing from regular seeds means that part of the seeds will give rise to male plants and female plants, and the percentage of female plants varies widely. Whether a seed becomes male or female is not just genetic, but environmental. For growers who are well experienced , percentage of female plants is 60% - 90% female, but less experienced growers can end up with 100% male plants. Growing from female seeds will yield only female plants, there is no male chromosome in these genetics. You will now save time, energy, space, pollination-worries or male plants you have to nurture only to destroy in 2 - 3 months. Where there are rstrictions on the number of plants to grow, all-female is more efficient. Its also great for outdoor guerilla farming, no males to have to come back to eliminate.

Afghani
Originally our Afghan was imported from Afghanistan and selectively bred in Holland for indoor cultivation. Afghan has a strong acrid aroma. Greasy resin glands extend to the fat shade leaves. The smoke flavor is heavy, some say medicinal, with a strong almost numbing buzz if raised and cured properly. This plant has a high flower to leaf ratio and good yield. Afghan is one of our most popular selections.

Bubblicious
Bubbelicious, also known as Bubble Gum is a medium tall, usually not too branchy (sometimes stretchy) plant, producing compact, crystal covered buds. Originally the Bubble Gum was developed by growers in Indiana, USA. From there the genetics moved to New England and eventually Holland. lt took many generations to finally produce this stable Bubble Gum, with the characteristic, sweet smell (truly resembling a typical bubble gum taste) and euphoric high; the original trademarks of this famous strain. Swazi
Swazi is an original pure sativa strain from Swaziland. Swazi can grow up to 3m tall with huge 13 finger leaves and has long sticky buds. Swazi is moderate in strength and very suitable for light smokers. This strain produces an active buzz has a unique flavour similar to liquorice.

Swiss Miss was originally mixed in Switzerland by Almahadi with an Afghani that can withstand cold high altitude nights. Swiss Miss is a very hardy mold resistant plant which grows sturdy and that can withstand a light frost. Appearance is similar to Mexican but denser. White Rhino
White Rhino is our version of a decidedly good White Widow cross. This plant has heritage of Afghan, Brazilian and Indian. White Rhino is good for medicinal use because of its high THC content. The taste of this smoke is hashy and slightly harsh, a good bong smoke. The father of the Rhino was more indica than the White Widow father, creating a denser and somewhat shorter plant than the White Widow. The buzz is stoney and comes on hard.
